Since then Everclear has released 2 albums the first being Songs From An American Movie Vol 1:Learning to Smile. This album brought about a new sound from Everclear. With Songs such as A.M. Radio and Wonderful, Everclear's sound took on a slightly "pop-ish" sound. I think of this sound as that of Happy Everclear. The music was lighter and more uplifting than earlier songs by the trio. Songs From an American Movie Vol.2: God Time for a Bad Attitude was a graet return to Everclear's earlier sounds and lyrics. The album took me back to the first time I put Sparkle and Fade into the Cd Player. It was a return to the "Angry" Everclear. The album featured "When It all Goes Wrong Again" which was included in the Movie Antitrust, It also sported Everclear's first Parental Advisory. Capitol released two versions of their Album, Edited And Explicit. The quick follow up to Vol. 1 and the return to the trademark sounds made this album great.
